My people tend to be hardworking folks who want straight answers. I've spent decades training horses and running barrels, and my husband and I own a trucking company. So I know about early mornings, grit, and getting the job done. I'm a mama of five and Mema to fourteen grandkids, and I treat every family I work with like my own.

From my home base in Klamath Falls, I help buyers and sellers across six counties in Oregon and California with everything from first homes and luxury homes to land, ranches and horse property. I've also helped a lot of my friends and clients downsize. That's a big life change, so I take it slow, help plan the sale and the next move together, and make sure nobody feels rushed. I live the rural life I sell, so I know what matters in a well log, a water right, and a fence line.

As a Navy mom, I know what a PCS move asks of a family. I love helping military families relocating to Kingsley Field find the right home quickly, often sight unseen.
